YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Our youth baseball programs, Illinois Jays and Illinois Premier, serve as the foundation of the Walk-Off Baseball organization. Both programs are direct development feeders into our high school Walk-Off Baseball teams and are built with the same philosophy, structure, and standards.

Each organization offers teams from 8U through 14U, providing a clear, long-term development path for players as they grow within the program.

• Illinois Jays
  Based out of Quarry II in Woodridge, Illinois

• Illinois Premier
  Based out of the Quarry Fieldhouse in Romeoville

While the programs operate out of two different main locations, Illinois Jays and Illinois Premier share coaching staff, training standards, facilities, and organizational leadership. Both fall under the Walk-Off Baseball umbrella, ensuring consistency in development, culture, and expectations across all age levels.

Players in both programs are developed with the goal of preparing them for the Walk-Off Baseball high school pathway, creating continuity from youth baseball through college preparation.
